Vacation Rental Description

Very cute 2 bedroom & loft, 2 bath condo centrally located in the 
town of Mammoth Lakes, right on the shuttle route. The unit is 
located in the Sherwin Villas complex. 

The condo sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size 
bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, and the 
loft has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. 
The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cable TVs, DVD, 2 VCRs 
and a wood burning stove.

Common area of the complex includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis 
court, and laundry facilities 

Activities and Attractions

A variety of summer and winter activities are available. In summer, 
play tennis on the available tennis court in the complex, enjoy a 
round of golf, or hiking and fishing in the beautiful Sierra Nevada 
mountains. In winter, enjoy the world-class skiing at Mammoth 
Mountain.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rates (Nov. 1 - April 30) Weekend $190, Weekday $165. Holidays
extra
Winter midweek special - 5 nights for $675.00  
(Sunday through Thursday only, non-holiday)

Summer rates (May 1 - Nov. 1) Weekend $130, Weekday $110, $650 per 
week. Call or send email inquiry for rates on July 4/Labor Day holidays.

A cleaning fee of $90 applies on all bookings.

Mammoth Lakes 13% Occupancy Tax applies on all bookings.
