Very cute 2 bedroom & loft, 2 bath condo centrally located in the
town of Mammoth Lakes, right on the shuttle route. The unit is
located in the Sherwin Villas complex.

We offer a winter mid-week special - stay 4 nights, the fifth night is free (Sunday - Thursday only).

The condo sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size
bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, and the
loft has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.
The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cable TVs, DVD, 2 VCRs
and a wood burning stove.

Common area of the complex includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis

A variety of summer and winter activities are available. In summer,

mountains. In winter, enjoy the world-class skiing at Mammoth
Mountain.

Spring special April 9 to June 1, $110 per night, weeknights and weekends

Winter rates (Nov. 1 - April 9) Weekend $190, Weekday $165. Holidays
extra.

Special holiday rate for Martin Luther King weekend - only $225 per night.

Winter midweek special - Book 4 nights, the 5th night is free
(Sunday through Thursday only, non-holiday)

Summer rates (May 1 - Nov. 1) Weekend $130, Weekday $110, $650 per
week. Call or send email inquiry for rates on July 4/Labor Day
holidays.

A cleaning fee of $90 applies on all bookings.

Mammoth Lakes 13% Occupancy Tax applies on all bookings.
