hole golf course designed by Arthur Hills.  Community has a large 
swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts.  Part of Dove 
Mountain development which includes the 2 Gallery Golf Courses which 
will host the Accenture Match Play Championship in late Feb. 2007 - 
Tiger Woods and the top 30 golfers.  House is a beautifully 
furnished 3 Bedroom / 2 bath home, 2600 sq. ft. with a rear patio, 
barbacue, outdoor fireplace and beautiful views of the Tortolita 
Mountains, Catalina Mountains and city lights at night of Tucson.

Great Room open to Kitchen and Breakfast Nook.  Kitchen has Hickory 
cabinets with Granite Countertops and Granite Mountain design in 
backsplash.  GE appliances.  Large Master Bedroom Suite.  Oversized 
Guest Bedroom and Bath.  Front room can be used as a 3rd bedroom or 
large office.  Rear covered patio with wrought iron table and 
chairs.  Flagstone patio in backyard includes seating walls, outdoor 
fireplace, large built-in barbacue with spit and side burner.

Activities and Attractions

Golf - 18 hole home course.  Gallery North and South courses across 
Dove Mt. Blvd.  Over 20 courses in Tucson area.  Heritage Highlands 
gated community includes a golf course, fitness center, swimming 
pool, hot tub, tennis courts, billiard room, reading rooms, pro 
shop, restaurant and bar, outdoor patio dining.  Hiking trails 
abound in the surrouding mountains.  Nogales, Mexico is 2 hours 
south.  Phoenix is 1 1/2 hours north.  Sedona and the Grand Canyon 
are 4 plus hours away.  Karchner Caverns, Desert Museum and Saguaro 
National Parks are close by. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Available starting Jan. 1, 2007.  The rate for Jan thru April is 
$2800 per mo.  May and Oct. thru Dec. is $ 2400 per mo.  June thru 
September is $2000 per mo.  Accepted pets add $100 per pet.  Minimum 
rental is 3 months.
