3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, Wildwood Crest condo in an oceanfront building
with absolutely everything you expect and need for your family's
perfect vacation. Truly a home away from home!
All the upgrades and luxuries - deluxe bedding,
everything brand new, first rate electronics, stainless steel
appliances, granite counter tops, recessed and pendant lighting,
hardwood floors, private balcony, reserved parking, huge heated pool
with fenced children's wading area, gas grills, poolside
cabana/restroom, private storage room, etc., etc.
We've overlooked nothing and included everything - many extras that
others don't seem to think are necessary - like bikes, beach chairs,
linens, towels, professional cleaning, etc. Why settle for less?

steel and granite, huge side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, professional quality cook top and
ovens, pantry, plenty of counter space and upgraded cabinetry.
Dishes and glassware for at least 24, gourmet pots, pans, blender,
toaster oven, coffee maker, everything! Kitchen also comes fully
stocked with your basics - salt, pepper, sugar, flour, spices, wraps,
bags, foil, etc. Less to pack and more time for fun. Also included
are plenty of cleaning supplies for mid-week touch-ups.
****Living room with queen sized sofa sleeper and plenty of
additional seating, a huge 62" Mitsubishi LCD 1080p HDTV with DVD/VCR
and Comcast digital cable. What a treat to watch your favorite shows
in high definition on the big screen!
****A pool area to die for! A BIG professionally maintained, heated
pool - beautifully landscaped with plenty of furniture. There is a
separate fenced section for the safety of small children. Gas grill
area, tables to enjoy your lunch, pool side cabana/rest room.
***A roof top deck! Ride the elevator to the roof! Absolutely
gorgeous views of the ocean, the bay, and the entire island. Enjoy
your afternoon cocktails up on the roof before you head out for
dinner. You won't believe your eyes. THIS is vacation!
****Private covered parking for two cars
****Private locked storage room with two 26" bikes and six beach
chairs. The Wildwood Crest bike path is just across the street
and runs along the ocean from the gazebo/playground/park, up to the
boardwalk. Bikes are allowed on the boardwalk every morning until
11 a.m. and on the Crest bike path at any time.
****Handicapped accessible, elevator to all floors, including the
roof top deck.
****Central air, gas heat
****Sheets and towels are included - you must wash, dry, fold, and
replace before you leave. Or, bring your own, to make check out
easier. It's your choice!
****Comcast high speed wireless INTERNET ACCESS. Bring the laptop!
****Plenty of pillows, comforters, mattress pads on all beds.
****Plenty of bath towels are provided as well - two dozen - again, they
must be washed, dried, folded, and replaced before you leave.
****One dozen beach/pool towels are also included. Again, it is
your responsibility to wash, dry, fold, and replace if you choose to
use them.
We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the group must be
over 25 years of age). NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK
RENTALS!!! Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all
children. Only one quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered for an
additional charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional
cleaning. Small dogs only during the prime time summer season. Large
dogs are permitted after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.

watching, wildlife viewing, wind surfing, zoos.
There's so much to do in and around Wildwood Crest! Atlantic City
is only 30 minutes away. The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is just
a few blocks from your front door. Ride the trolley to the boards -
it runs every 15 minutes all day and night long and stops right in
front of the building!
The big, beautiful, free Wildwood Crest beaches are second to none!
The Cape May County Zoo is the best in New Jersey. It's free and
it's only ten minutes away. The town of Cape May is only ten
minutes away. Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry to the outlet malls in
Delaware - what a nice day! Try a new golf course - there are
many! You won't believe the large selection of great restaurants
and huge luxury resort hotels - all within walking distance to our
condo!
Boating and jet skiing are just a few blocks away on Sunset Lake.
The Wildwood Crest bike/walking path is right in front of the
building. It's a beautiful way to begin or end your day.
