Come bring your family or friends to Grandmas' Beach house where the winds are tamed and the fog 
disappears.  Grandma's Haven over looks Yaquina Bay in Newport Oregon on 5 ACRES OF SECLUDED NATURAL 
BEAUTY.  We have just completed the remodeling of our popular vacation rental. We are just 2 
miles inland from the ocean where we enjoy Portland weather and coast amenities!  

Grandma's Haven is perfect for your family get-a-way, secluded wedding plans, OFFICE RETREATS or 
planning sessions.  Great for a gathering of old friends or for a great PAINT BALL WEEKEND!  Come 
enjoy all the coast has to offer then come back and relax in front of the fire or out on the back 
lawn and get away from it all.  Most families find they enjoy staying at the house as much as 
playing at the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

$245-$275 per night
$130 cleaning fee                 $500 refundable security deposit
10.5 % room tax
First nights rent required for deposit to hold reservation.
2 night minimum stay     3 night major holidays and festivals,   4 days over Thanksgiving

Off season Discounts available. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to 
forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked.  All cancellations will be charged 
a $25 cancellation fee.
