$150 cleaning fee $500 refundable security deposit

First nights rent required for deposit to hold reservation.
2 night minimum stay 3 night major holidays and festivals, 4 days over Thanksgiving
Off season Discounts available. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to
forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked. All cancellations will be charged
a $25 cancellation fee.
