Vacation Rental Description
Great location on Marlin Drive on Fripp Island with both an ocean
view and a view of the Ocean Point Golf Course. Home is situated
between beach access #2 on Marlin Drive and the 8th tee box on the
Ocean Point Golf Course.
Rental includes unlimited amenity cards. Amenity cards allow free
access to club pools and the hot jacuzzi located at the Cabana
Pool. In addition, amenity cards allow guests to make transactions
at the island's restaurants, golf courses, bike and cart rentals and
tennis as well as any other rentals the island has available.
Location: Ocean Point, Fripp Island, South Carolina, USA
(No. 8 Fairway, Marlin Dr; directly across from Beach Access)
Accommodates 14. Six bedrooms; two bedrooms upstairs with double-
size beds, one bedroom upstairs with queen-size bed, and one bedroom
upstairs with two double-size beds and a TV/DVD. Two separate
downstairs bedrooms with a double-size bed each. TV/DVD unit in one
downstairs bedroom.
Large, open area upstairs includes large family room with
TV/VCR/CD/DVD player, dining area, kitchen, and children's
dining/play table.
Kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences.
Both front and rear of home are fully decked for enjoyment of ocean
or golf course breeze. All upstairs bedrooms and family room and
dining room open onto decks. Most rooms include ceiling fans.
Exterior shower with heat/ac.
