This cottage is located in Niagara on the Lake hidden away in a  
charming locale, just outside of the Olde Town.  The area is very  
quiet and private, the perfect retreat from city life. 
There are three bedrooms situated around an open living-dining room  
and a galley kitchen. There's a large back porch with a view of the  
the garden and overlooking the lake, a great spot for relaxing or  
just dreaming the day away. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside all amenities are included, 3 kitchen appliances, TV, DVD  
player, sound system, and a beautiful Vermont Casting stove for cozy  
evenings inside. 
Linens,and washer and dryer are also on site. 
Outside there is patio furniture and a bar-b-que 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

This property is rented by the month.  
A fabulous location for a winter getaway with specially discounted  
winter rates starting at $1000.00 per month. The rates will vary  
depending on the numbers in your group.  
From June to September rates change so please enquire for your own  
particular rate. 
There is an additional cleanup charge of $200 which must be paid  
prior to occupancy
