This bright and cheery two bedroom one bath cottage has three queen sized beds and a fold out couch comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.  With private beach access just 20 steps away, at the Surfside Beach Club you can use the picnic tables, outdoor shower and other amenities without the hassle of beach crowds. My home away from home is minutes away from shopping and restaurants, minutes to Tampa, and less than two hours away from Orlando.  This property is located just off Gulf Blvd. in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic and is safe for young children.  Come enjoy our stunning sunrises & sunsets... you won't want to leave! This beach hideaway has everything you need for a great vacation getaway!

Master bedroom =skylight, private back porch, queen bed

Guest bedroom = two queen beds

Bathroom = jetted deep tub, skylight

Living Room = cable, wireless internet, DVD player, stereo, breakfast table for two

Dining = table for four

Kitchen = microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, food processor, ice cream maker, dehumidifier, KitchenAid mixer, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, pot/pans, silverware, etc.

Font Porch = water view, table for four, deck bench, water toys and beach supplies, table for two

Back Porch = outdoor shower, Jenn Air stainless steel grill, swing for two, table for two, new washer and dryer in laundry room

Additional amenities = use of paddleboard and kayak ($50/week fee each if desired), beach chairs, rolling wagon, folding picnic table, volleyball net, use of two new Panama Jack beach bikes ($50/week fee if desired)
