Behla is a private and unique oceanfront villa located on Tulum Beach, one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the world.  The house sits right on the powder-white sand, between the warm turquoise Caribbean Sea and the jungle. Behla is spacious and bright with high ceilings, a wall of French doors opening to the ocean on both floors, and plenty of terraces and windows that offer magnificent ocean and jungle views. There are 3 rooms (which sleep 8), 3.5 bathrooms and an open kitchen overlooking a large living and dining area. The decor is modern with Asian and Mexican inspired details, and hand-made furniture and artwork.

Second floor:
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom (soak tub with ocean views, shower, double sink), walk-in closet, Moroccan-style outdoor lounge and large private terrace with ocean and jungle views, king-sized bed.
- oceanfront bedroom with private terrace, ocean and jungle views, private bathroom (with shower), queen-sized bed.
- oceanview bedroom (ocean and jungle views) with private bathroom (shower), sleeps 4 (two queen-sized beds - one in a sleep loft)

December 15, 2012 - January 5, 2013:    $14000 per week

Rates are per week (generally Sat to Sat -- except holiday weeks 2011. Alternate inquiries welcome).  Nightly rental (4-night minimum) starting at $500 per night may be available - please contact us for such requests. 

Additional taxes, as well as surcharge for groups larger than eight and special events, may apply.  We charge a service fee of $40 per day.

Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit cards: 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45 days in advance. We request a valid credit card number to reserve (pending payment), and in lieu of a cash deposit.

Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which Behla is re-rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.  We suggest that you consider trip insurance.
