PAYMENT...
50% of total required within 4 days of reservation. Balance due 30
days prior to arrival. Payments accepted in the form of travelers
checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks...US funds only.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for $35 cancellation
fee. 60 days or less: will refund any amount paid that can be
recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
