the main living areas, skylights everywhere, beautiful Mexican tile in the kitchen and baths, and the  
bedrooms have berber carpeting. Enjoy the kitchen with it’s open layout and bar stool seating. Lots of  
storage space to unpack and settle in. Small library of books and games provided for hang-around  
entertainment. There is a separate utility room with washer/dryer and pantry.  The outdoor courtyard  
offers two sets of seating arrangements to take advantage of the morning sun or the afternoon shade.  
This condo is well-equipped to entertain and just relax after a great day enjoying Santa Fe.  
Conveniently located across the street, DeVargas Mall has a grocery store, very good casual  
restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. Easy access to roads to the ski hill or opera.

All major credit cards accepted. Full payment is  
required prior to check-in: 50% due at time of reservation and  
balance 30 days prior to arrival.  Email us to schedule  
reservation.  Confirmed reservations are binding.  Refund will be  
issued if we are able to rebook, less 10% administration fee.
