Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to charming St. Augustine Beach!  This is an immaculate 2-
story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, non-smoking, townhouse located in a small, 
quiet beachfront complex.

Walk out the patio door to one of the two pools or continue just a 
few more steps to a quiet, beautiful wide, white, family friendly 
beach.  The pool is heated when the outside temperature dips into the 
70's.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit fully furnished with linens, 
dishes, washer and dryer, cable TVs and and an attached one-car 
garage.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This two story townhome has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the 
other with two double beds.  This home includes two full baths 
completely furnished with plenty of linens, as well as a fully 
furnished kitchen with dishes and most everything you could need.  
This home also has a washer and dryer, cable TV with HBO, an 
outdoor gas grill and an attached one-car garage. 

In the living room you will enjoy the 31" TV with a VCR, DVD player 
and stereo.  The master bedroom also has a second TV. The complex has 
two large swimming pools (one of which is heated in the winter) and a 
park-like beachfront setting.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to many fine and casual restaurants, mini golf, ice 
cream and beach shopping.  Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are 
less then a mile away.  You are just 5-minutes south of Historic St. 
Augustine with its fantastic shopping, restaurants, the oldest wooden 
schoolhouse, and the oldest house, the oldest Catholic parish, the 
shrine of Our Lady of La Leche, the famous ghost tours, a climbable 
lighthouse, and Fort Matanzas National Monument.  You are within 
short driving distance to St. Augustine's Premium Outlet mall, dog 
tracks, Daytona Speedway(~1 hour), Orlando attractions(~1.5 hours) 
and beautiful wildlife rich State and National Parks.
