In Season rental rates: (June 16th thru September 1st)
Rental Rates: $2000 per week.
Saturday to Saturday scheduling with 4PM check-in and 11AM check-out
Rates quoted do not include a 6% use tax or a refundable $350 security deposit
1/2 of total weekly rent is due when reservation is made
Balance of rental including the 6% use tax is due 2-weeks prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if home is re-rented
Personal checks or money orders are accepted. No credit cards
Off Season rental rates:
- $250/night plus cleaning fee and taxes: 2 night stay
- $200/night plus cleaning fee and taxes: 3 night stay
- $1200/week plus cleaning fee and taxes
