Vacation Rental Description

You can't get closer to the sea than right here on the porch of our  
Beach House on the warm and tranquil waters of the Sea of Cortez. 
This is not a condo or a crowded high rise and has no stairs to climb! 
 
  French Doors from each bedroom open on to the beach.  
Sit up bar, kitchen, with all hand painted Mexican tile. 
All appliances, towels, linens included. 
Dining Room looks over the water for romantic dinners, or  dine on  
the fully covered Patio -- 
Referrals to boat trips to Bird Island to see the seals, Deep Sea  
Fishing, Sunset Cruises, Spanish Language and cooking Classes, even   
Massage therapy and investing in Mexico. 
Short drive into Puerto Penasco. 
Playa Encanto is by far the loveliest beach in the area. 
No stones or coral.......just sand between the toes........ 
The entire guard-gated community obtains its power from individual 
passive solar systems in each home. 
You can’t get closer to the sea than this! Walk out off our Casa 
Victoria Beach Bungalow Patio and you’ll have sand between your toes. 
Our single family home is one level, with two master bedrooms with 
en-suite baths, and is easily accessible for those in a wheelchair. 
 
Relax on our fully covered patio. Watch the tides, dolphins, pelicans, 
sunrises and sunsets. Step out from under the roof and the stars at 
night seem close enough to touch. That’s how far away this solar 
powered Playa Encanto beach community is from the hustle and bustle of 
the town of Puerto Penasco. But actually it is only 15 minutes by car. 
 In our guard gated community no excessive noise is permitted, the 
speed limit is very SLOW, and vehicles of every kind are prohibited on 
our tranquil beach. 
After a day in the sun, enjoy our library of interesting reading 
materials, play a game of chess or poker around the table. Everyone is 
a gourmet chef in our open concept kitchen when cooking up fresh 
shrimp from the local fishermen. Our great room is the gathering place 
for dining and enjoying family get-to gethers, with a sit up wine bar, 
dining table overlooking the beach and cathedral ceilings. 
The master bath awaits you with a luxurious soaking tub after a hard 
day playing in the salt and sand or exploring tide pools. 
 
The house is a perfect get-away for couples and families. Writers come 
to write in the solitude, artists come to paint in the clear light. 
Business people who must, can access the internet via a satellite “hot 
spot”, right in the house.

Fully non-refundable deposit 
$200 weekdays nights. 
$250 weekends  
Minimum 2 night stay. 
Charge of $25.00 person/per night when there are MORE than four   
people renting. 
Cleaning fee $60.00 and $500.00 refundable damage fee. 
Non refundable rental amount.
