2 1/2 Bath Waterfront Home in the Northern Neck where the Potomac is  
wide. This home offers a beautiful 5+ mile view to Maryland, Private  
Beach, 150' private pier, bring fishing poles, kayak, boat, Jet  
Ski or use our 16' Tandem Ocean Kayak or 12' Row Boat. Spacious 1700+  
square feet on one level. There are three bedrooms with queen beds to  
offer private sleeping for six. Master is large enough to add queen  
arrow bed on floor. You will love the large 20' X 20' family room  
that was designed to take advantage of the huge panoramic views  
with the large windows & cathedral ceiling. You will enjoy the space  
in this room weather your playing at the game table, relaxing on the  
comfortable leather couches, watching a movie with or listening to  
music with your feet up in the recliner. Our guest tell us the  
screened porch is perfect for eating meals while enjoying the huge  
views and sound of the waves hitting the beach. You will love the  
screened porch with it's big table for eight and comfortable chairs.  
It's the perfect spot for watching the sun come up with your morning  
coffee, eating crabs or enjoying your favorite beverage. There are  
TV's & Dvd players in all bedrooms, living room and family room.  
Wireless Internet. Full kitchen with double door refrigerator with  
ice & water on door, dishwasher, stove, microwave,  
coffee maker with extra carafe, toaster, and blender. Dishes,  
silverware, cookware, food containers are provided. There is a full  
size front loading washer/dryer off kitchen, iron and hair dryer.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200.00 per night or $1,400.00 per week for 2008 check-in is 3:00 PM check-out is 12:00 PM. Higher  
per night rate during Spring/Summer Holiday Weeks/Weekends.  Three night minimum on Holiday  
Weekends, Two night Minimum at all other times. Security deposit required. Paypal and credit cards  
excepted.
