Approximately 1500 square feet of living space and a spacious storage room in the garage for all 
your beach necessities.  Property located on the corner of Hildreth & Atlantic which borders 
Wildwood Crest.  Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants… You can’t ask for more!!! 

We rent to families or mature adults! Families with children are always welcome. Total occupancy not 
to exceed 8 including all children. 
Professional cleaning service is included in the weekly rental rates. Linen service is avilable upon 
request , please call for more information. 

A well behaved, reasonably quiet, fully housebroken dog will be permitted at a fee of $ 25.00 per 
day or $150.00 per week for professional cleaning.
