Winter Season (November - May): $3300 per month, $850 weekly. A
deposit of $500 for monthly and $250 for weekly rentals will secure
your preferred dates. A two week minimum is required for weekly
rentals during high season. Preference will be given to monthly
rentals.

Summer Season (June - October): $2700 per month, $700 weekly. A
deposit of $500 for monthly rentals and $250 for weekly rentals will
secure your preferred dates. A cleaning fee of $90 applies to all
rentals. Sorry no pets or smoking.
