March to May $145 per night/ $1,015 per week

June to August $150 per night/ $1,050 per week

Easter, Xmas and
Thanksgiving holidays $175 per night/ $1,225 per week

Pool heat is $32 per night/ $220 per wek

A cleaning Surcharge of $90/ £50 is levied for bookings of less than
7 nights.

Note: All charges are subject to 13% Florida State Taxes.




** Pool heat is recommended between October and April to keep the
pool at a constant and comfortable temperature.
