bedroom has a new king sized bed and two twin beds. This beautiful condo also has a truly
comfortable double futon sleepers in the living room . Our oceanfront unit has majestic views of the
ocean and is close to the large fresh water pool. This ground floor unit is within steps of the
pristine beach. This condo features dual zone air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, WIFI along with an
iPod mothership. The kitchen is fully equipped is ideal for preparing the catch of the day brought
in by the small fishing boats each afternoon. The Casita Blanca Condo complex is small, charming,
friendly and
family owned.

The white sandy beach is long, wide and flat so you can walk for miles. The second largest reef in
the world, the Great Maya Reef, lies just 500 meters off shore and provides excellent snorkeling and
scuba diving as well as calming waves to allow easy distance swimming, kayaking and safe shores
for your children. IMAGINE: this is right outside your door. There are many local beach bars
where you can enjoy the sunset with a margarita followed by a pleasant walk to town for many
restaurants serving both local and international cuisine. The town of Puerto Morelos is charming
and is the only authentic Mexican fishing village along the Mayan Riviera and in the Yucatan
peninsula. Best of all, you are only 15 minutes from the Cancun airport !

Airport pickup is available for a nominal fee. We are wheelchair accessible and we make our beach
wheelchair available for your use. Brew your coffee and squeeze your OJ while you gaze at the
tranquil sea. Enjoy the best of the Yucatan without the hustle of Cancun or the traffic of Playa
del Carmen. If the night life of Cancun or Playa del Carmen beckons you, it is only a short drive
away either buy car, taxi, or bus.

We offer a fuly equipped kitchen to prepare your fresh fish and vegetables bought fm the local

TV with DVD is there for your entertanment. We also offer a wide selection of current and classic
DVDs for your viewing. Maid service is included twice a week and a washer and dryer are available.

The crystal blue waters offer a host of recreational opportunities including snorkling, swimming,
