Nightly: $350 (4 night minimum)

10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rate.
$500.00 security deposit to hold reservation.
$100.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.
Rent and tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
Please inquire for monthly rates. Tax does not apply to 30 nights or more.
