Located just 4 miles south of Historic Downtown Beaufort and 9 miles from Parris Island, our four bedroom, three bath waterfront home sits on a beautiful 180 acre island covered with moss draped oaks and over 2 miles of surrounding deep water creeks. 

This home features a large open den with wet bar overlooking the indoor pool, hot tub, and beautiful creeks.  The  large master suite has a king bed, private full bath, & sitting area.

This house is very comfortable & spacious, with tile & wood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel kitchen appliances, and furnished with antiques from Bali & Indonesia. 

The house has an office area with internet access, laundry room with washer & dryer, Cable TV, Central Heat/AC, and many other amenities.  From the backyard you will have spectacular views of the creeks that surround Beaufort.  You can see dolphins play and boats pass while relaxing on a beautiful Island!

Downtown Beaufort is approximately a 5 minute drive, offering wonderful low country dining, shopping, fine art galleries, and unique sightseeing. 

Ten miles south is one of South Carolina's most popular and yet unknown beaches, Hunting Island, which offers beautiful natural beaches, tropical scenery, lagoons, and wildlife. Both Fripp and Harbor Island are very close.

Charleston is approximately an hour drive north, and Hilton Head Island is about a 40 minute drive south. Golf is available at several locations in the area, with Hilton Head and Bluffton providing world class courses. Savannah, Georgia is less than an hours drive south, and Parris Island is within 10 miles, making this a truly convenient location.

Notes on Pool and Hot Tub: The spa is heated, but the pool is not.
Rental rates include reasonable use of gas for heating the spa only.
We ask that guests run the spa heater only 1 hour per day after the spa is warm (90 deg).  Spa will stay warm for 1 hour after heater is turned off, so this will give you about 2 -2.5 hours of use per day.
