Vacation Rental Description

Located just 4 miles south of Historic Downtown Beaufort, and less 
than 9 miles from Parris Island, this three bed, three bath waterfront 
property sits on a beautiful 180 acre island covered with large, moss 
draped oaks and over 2 miles of surrounding deep water creeks. 
 
 
This property has an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, 42 inch HDTV,high 
speed internet access, A wet bar and open den.  Grocery stores, 
Restaurants,Shopping, and Downtown Beaufort are all within 4 minutes 
of the house. 
 
The house has been renovated with tiled and wood flooring, 
new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and furniture from Bali and 
Indonesia.The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are 
included. 
   
Just 4 miles away is Historic Downtown Beaufort, offering fine low 
country dining, upscale shopping, fine art galleries, and unique 
sightseeing. It has been the location for the filming of several 
movies such as Forest Gump, Prince of Tides, The Big Chill and The 
Great Santini.   
 
Approx. Ten miles south is one of South Carolina's most popular and 
yet unknown beaches, Hunting Island. Hunting Island offers beautiful 
natural beaches, tropical scenery, lagoons, fishing, walking trails, 
and wildlife.    
 
Downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive north, and Hilton 
Head Island is about a 35 minute drive south.  Both Fripp and Harbor 
Island are only a 10 mile drive.  Golf is available at several 
locations in the area, with Hilton Head and Bluffton providing world 
class courses. Savannah, Georgia is less than an hours drive south, 
and Parris Island is within 10 miles, making this a truly convenient 
location.  Come enjoy South Carolina's Lowcounrty and all its beauty 
in a breathtaking, laid back atmosphere that you will find very hard 
to leave! 
 
Home is for Single Family's only - defined as no more that 3 unrelated 
guests by blood or marriage. Please ask if you have questions about this. 
 
Notes on Pool and Hot Tub:  The spa is heated, but the pool is not.  
Rental rates include reasonable use of gas for heating the spa only.  
This equates to one hour per day.   
 
**This home is in a very nice community.  We ask that our guests be 
quiet when outside and respectful of other residents when on the 
island.  We ask that our guests keep noise level to a minimum when 
outside the house and on the dock. Loud noise, parties, large groups 
outside and on the dock are NOT permitted** 
 
Linens and towels included free, but must be wahsed and dried before 
departure.

Spring: March, April - 1650 per week 
Summer: May - August - 1800 per week 
Fall:   September, October - 1650 per week 
Winter: December - Feb. - 1450 per week  
 
House Parties, Loud Noise outside the house, etc are Not allowed.  
This home is in a very nice community and we ask that you be 
respectful of residents at all times.  Any violation of this will 
result in eviction from the property.  Due to Community Regulations, 
this home is for single family rental only defined as no more that 3 
unrelated guests.  Others must be related by blood or marriage.  Thanks! 
 
$350 refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. 
Total rental due 45 days prior to arrival. 
before arrival.   
11% SC Lodging Tax does apply to rates. 
We ask our guests for $75 cleaning fee, as it actually costs us more 
to have it cleaned! 
Cancellations within 30 day or less forfeit 50% of the total rental.
