There are great views of the ocean and beach from the Master bedroom, living area and the balcony.
The master bath has a great jacuzzi tub to relax in after those great days on the beach. SONY LCD tv and Dvd player in living room with tvs in all bedrooms.This condo is fully furnished with upscale furniture and modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and linens.

After a great day on the beach or sightseeing, this third floor ocean end unit has a wonderful balcony for enjoying those relaxing great ocean and beach views and sounds. There is parking on the first level
of the building as well as in the parking garage with easy access to the elevator.

There are three swimming pools including a kiddie spray pool, heated pool, kid's playground, all on
the ocean. There is a restaurant with bar with seating inside and outside with full ocean views.

several historical landmarks including Fort Pulaski, Fort Screven, and the Tybee Lighthouse. There
are great bike paths and bike rentals on the island. The huge cargo ships coming into the Savannah
Port are easily seen from the beach area. There are many shopping centers near Tybee in Savannah,
Hilton Head Island, Blufton, etc.
