Our condo is in a very quaint and quiet development with only 14
units. We are on the south end of Marco Island, which is away from
all the main commercial areas and has very little traffic. No noise
and a great area for walking. We're a block and a half from the
public South beach area where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and
superb shelling. Our unit is on the second floor of a four level
building with an elevator and covered parking. Plus,our unit
overlooks the pool, boat docks and waterway where manatees regularly
swim. We have a screened lanai as well as an outdoor deck directly
above the pool area. The surrounding area is comprised of low-rise
condo buildings and all the grounds in the area are beautifully
maintained. Our condo is very comfortable, fully furnished and
equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on Marco,
including beach chairs and beach cart.

vacation rental rates
Winter Peak Season rates for December - April are $3,200 per month
plus a $125 one-time, cleaning fee and a deposit of $1000, which is
fully refundable upon checkout inspection.
Off-Peak Season rates for May - November are $1900 per month plus
a $125 one-time cleaning fee and a deposit of $1000, which is fully
refundable upon checkout inspection.
One half of the entire rental amount is due upon booking and the
balance of the rental amount, the cleaning fee and the deposit are
due 14 days prior to check-in date. Payment is required in the form
of a Cashiers Check.
