2 Bedroom apartment with sweeping views of the Marmara sea and the
Princess Islands. The view is described as "mesmerizing" by guests. Furnished to a high standard.
Uncluttered, lots of light. Brand new designer kitchen and bathroom. Queen size bed with
new orthopedic matress in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second
bedroom. Electric outlets (with 220 V) to suit US and UK appliances.

Watch the boats as they wait for their turn to enter the Bosphorous,
the yachts that sail out of the nearby marina or the seabus with its
foamy white trail as it makes its routine trip to and from the
Anatolian side, the Princess Islands and simply the ever changing
face of the sea, all while you sit and relax in the living room. On
a clear day you'll even see the outline of the mountains on the
other side of the Marmara.

Wood parquet flooring in the living room and hallway. Stone flooring
in the entrance hallway, kitchen and bathrooms. Marley floors in the
bedrooms.

Located in Bakirkoy, Sakizagaci Mahallesi, a quiet residential part
of Bakirkoy, with leafy winding streets. 20 mins to the airport. 4th
floor walk-up building. Security entrance with intercom.

If you love cats, this neighborhood wil be your heaven.

We designed this apartment as a "second home" for me. i.e. it was
not conceived as a "rental home". I hope you'll feel the positive
difference during your stay and treat it appropriately.

Washing Machine, fully equipped kitchen. Designer bathroom with
marble fitted sink, bath tub and shower. Second bathroom with toilet
and sink only (no shower).

Numerous shops for all your needs within minutes. Convenience shops,
bakeries, green-grocers, butchers, hairdressers (where else can you
get a $5 cut and blow dry?)....

Walk 10 to 15 minutes and you're in the midst of one of the major
shopping districts of Istanbul. 2 high end shopping malls and
numerous shops of all kinds, boutiques, as cut price shops.
Many restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Walk 3 minutes and you'll be on the waterside promenade where you
can stroll or jog.

The uncontestedly best doner kebap in all of Istanbul can be had
at "Uludag" restaurant in Florya, either 3 stops on the local train
or 10 minutes by taxi. And you'll be the ONLY tourists there. The
restaurant is right on the beach, next to Ataturk's summer
residence. You'll dine on sumptuous food, have a marvelous view and
white glove service, while paying what will be cafeteria prices in
Europe or the US. No, I'm not on profit share with them.

Children's playground in front of the building. 2 churches within 5 -
10 mins walking distance.

Lots of public transportation to anywhere in Istanbul, including a
metro (overground) train to the historic district (15mins on the
train). A taxi rank is within 3 mins walking distance, or you can
call by phone.
