Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in this updated 1928 Beach House on the very southern end of Tybee Island. This townhome 
(downstairs center section) offers the amenities and comforts of a modern condo with a front and 
back yard to enjoy. Less than 200 steps to Tybee's south beach and just around the sound from 
Tybee's Back River for crabbing, fishing and kayaking, you're still very close to the Pier and 
Strand for shopping and good restaurants. Or just stay at the house on the screened front porch and 
relax in the hammock!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroomhas twins. 
The master bath has a tub/shower combination while the hall bath has a shower.
All bed, bath and kitchen linens are supplied as well as a start on paper products and cleaning 
supplies. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers and a beach cart are available 
as well as several adult size beach bikes. Back yard has swing and gas grill. There is a TV in every 
room with a vcr/dvd player in the living room area. There is a double size futon in the living area. 
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Activities and Attractions

Beach, kyaking, fishing, surfing, Tybee Island Lighthouse and Museum and Ft. Pulaski National Park. 
Historic Savannah is less than 30 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season per week is $1480. plus 13% tax, $100. cleaning and a refundable $250. damage deposit.
Mid Season (May, September and October) per week is $1200. plus the above fees.
Off Season per week is $900. per week plus the above fees.
All Holidays are charged at the Peak rate.
Pets may be allowed, but only with prior approval and pet fee paid.
