furniture is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, or even a picnic on the lake. There is a boat
ramp next to the dock to launch your boat and plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers. Or,
you can rent a boat at any one of the nearby marinas. The covered boat slip will accomodate almost
any boat up to 24 ft in length.
The house has been completely remodeled and features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and
warm oak cabinets. The den has a 55" tv with high definition dish network satellite service and a
dvd player. The master bedroom has a 27" tv with dish network service and a VCR.
There are 3 porches (one enclosed, one screened, and one open) to enjoy the quiet setting of this
home.
Nine people can easily be accomodated in the four bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the main level each
have a queen bed (one has an additional twin bed) and the 2 bedrooms on the top floor have a king
bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other.
Your outside pets are welcome anywhere on the 1 acre lot and dock. There is also a 16 x 30 concrete,
fenced in lot for their use.
We have wonderful neighbors who enjoy the peaceful and quiet neighborhood as much as we do. If you
are planning a loud gathering, this is not the place for you.
