This beautiful three story condo was designed as a vacation rental 
to comfortably accommodate 8-12 people, with my property next door 
w/ex access, 394 Franklin sleep up to 24 people with minimum 8 kids.

New listing  1st time available starting 4/15/07.
 
Ground Floor:    1 car enclosed garage with two additional off 
street parking spaces, utility room, large bedroom with a full bath.
Second Floor:    Living room, fireplace,dinning room, kitchen and 
1/2 bath.
Third floor:     Two master bedrooms with one full bath.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New: Paint, carpet, washer dryer, refrigerator, most furniture, all 
bedding, towels, plates, silverware etc. BBQ, towels. 
Two bedrooms with queen beds.
One bedroom with 2 bunk beds, each with twin beds up and 
futon style fold out doubles on the bottom.
Fold out queen in the living room with a nice fireplace and 43' +- 
TV. Unit also has a new BBQ, ocean view deck, and enclosed patio.  

Activities and Attractions

Just steps to the waterfront bluffs, arguably the nicest beach in 
the area, un-crowed large sandy beach. Walk to the pier, fishing, 
body-bogie-wind-kite & board surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, pier 
fishing, sport fishing, golfing, free tennis and basketball courts 
with beautiful ocean views and temperatures, hiking, bikeing. Three 
nearby beautiful lakes with waterskiing, wind surfing, fishing, boat 
rentals and day camping. Leisure days antiquing, wine tasting, 
enjoying many restaurants within walking distance, shopping, factory 
outlets, night clubs, galleries. 
This area has some of the best weather in the world, truly a year 
round resort destination.
