This beautiful three story condo was designed as a vacation rental
to comfortably accommodate 8-10 people, 12 max. Can accomodate large groups up to 24 people if rented along with 392 Franklin condo in the same 4 unit complex.

Ground Floor: 1 enclosed car garage,  large open bedroom with a full bath, washer/dryer
Second Floor: Living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and
1/2 bath.
Third floor: Two bedrooms with one full bath.

Convenient beach access right down the street and a beautiful and comfortable walk to downtown Pismo and pier.

Pets are allowed in our Wilmar condo only.  Please specify if you are interested in bringing a pet when you contact owner.

Franklin: 3 queen beds, 2 full futon style beds

Wilmar: 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, each with twin beds on top and doubles on the bottom. 

Just steps to an uncrowded large sandy beach. Walk to the pier, fishing,
body-boogie-wind-kite & board surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, pier
fishing, sport fishing, golfing, free tennis and basketball courts
with beautiful ocean views and temperatures, hiking, biking. Three
nearby beautiful lakes with waterskiing, wind surfing, fishing, boat
rentals and day camping. Leisure days antiquing, wine tasting,
enjoying many restaurants within walking distance, shopping, factory
outlets, night clubs, galleries.

This area has some of the best weather in the world, truly a year
round resort destination.
