If you want the best location, best view, at one of the most exclusive developments on the lake,
there is no better place to stay. We are located at the intersection of the Glaize Arm and the main
channel. This site offers breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets.
Built in 2007, this unit is fully furnished and offers amenities such as appliances, four Plasma TVs
and a surround sound stereo system and patio speakers. The decor is very neutral with custom paint
and comfortable furniture throughout. The condo is decorated to give you all of the comforts of
home, and still make you feel like your on vacation. Sit on the patio and watch the boats pass buy
or relax for an afternoon nap in the master bedroom and listen to the waves crash against the sea
wall! Once rested, fire up the grill for a Barbeque!
From the patio you can Barbeque or drink your favorite beverage as you listen to your favorite
tunes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a panoramic view of the lake. The patio will seat eight-ten
comfortably.
If you feel like relaxing inside you can enjoy watching movies or your favorite television station
on the 42 inch Plasma TV, located above the fireplace in the living room.
The development has three pools, one lazy river , one Basketball court, playground/park, walking
trail, 24 hour gym, a club house, 14 foot X 40 foot boat slip (for additional $20/day) and much
more.
The upper recreation area includes a family complex, with a playground. This area houses one
basketball court, the lazy river and pool. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy this area for the entire
day. There's something fun for everyone! Don't miss the pool's waterfall feature! Wind down from an
active day at the lake poolside to watch the boats pass by. The complex enforces quiet hours from 11
pm-7 am to guarantee a quiet night's sleep.
The condo is perfect for a long stay or a weekend getaway. All furnishings are brand new (purchased
in May 2007). The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and plasma TV. All of the remaining
bedrooms have queen bedroom sets with TVs. I have also provided a very comfortable air mattress for
extra guests.
All of the entertainment you could want is within five miles from the condo. The outlet shopping
mall is 1 mile away, and has 110 outlet shops. So much to do! All of the dining and golf is within
minutes away, you can eat out and golf everyday for two weeks and never be at the same place. Big
Surf Water Park and Big Shots Amusement Park are both located within minutes of the condo.
So much to do you will already be planning your trip for next year. I hope you will come to visit us

Sep 16-Oct 31 .. $150/Night (2 Night Minimum) Book 6 Nights, 7th is Free!
Nov 01-Apr 30 .. $ 99/Night (2 Night Minimum) Book 6 Nights, 7th is Free!
Holidays ....... $300/night (3 night Minimum).
$300 Deposit Must Be Received Within 5 Days of Making the Reservation.
Full Balance Must Be Received Within 21 Days of Stay for Release of Keys.
Cleaning Fee $80 Per Stay. Sales and Lodging Tax Applies to All Rates.
14 X 40 foot Boat Slip is Available for $20 Per Day.
