Vacation Rental Description

2000 square foot private Kentucky Lake front home. Beautiful views 
of Jonathan Creek bay from every room. Twenty by thirty-five foot great 
room with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake and woodburning 
fireplace for chilly nights. 

Master bedroom with king sized bed and private bath with Jacuzzi. 
Deck from both MBR and great room overlooking lake.
 
Second bedroom with bath and screened porch.  Third bedroom upstairs 
with queen sized bed and half bath. Tile and hardwood floors 
throughout. Soaring ceilings and skylights. Private boat dock with 
deck,half under roof,and 100 foot fishing pier. 

Very private area. Great for getting away from it all. Sleep in the 
hammock on the dock. Float in the lake and sun or, if you bring your 
boat, enjoy boating and tubing/skiing on Jonathan Creek. Fall color 
is gorgeous. This house is surrounded by woods and is not in a 
subdivision. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, central air conditioning, Direc TV, VCR, Full Kitchen 
with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, cooking 
utensils provided, linens provided. Gas grill and weber kettle. Use of boat lift by prior 
arrangement only.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, fishing, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, boating, and 
hiking. Near Land Between the Lakes, Kenlake Resort State Park and a 
short distance from Lake Barkley and Murray State University.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season from Memorial Day through Labor day - $350 per night 
with three night minimum,$325/night for four to 5 nights or 
$300/night for six nights or more. Off season from Labor Day to 
Memorial Day - please inquire about off season rates. Additional 
pictures available upon request.
