Second bedroom with bath and screened porch. Third bedroom upstairs
with queen sized bed and half bath. Tile and hardwood floors
throughout. Soaring ceilings and skylights. Private boat dock with
deck,half under roof,and 100 foot fishing pier.
Very private area. Great for getting away from it all. Sleep in the
hammock on the dock. Float in the lake and sun or, if you bring your
boat, enjoy boating and tubing/skiing on Jonathan Creek. Fall color
is gorgeous. This house is surrounded by woods and is not in a
subdivision.

hiking. Near Land Between the Lakes, Kenlake Resort State Park and a
short distance from Lake Barkley and Murray State University.

High Season from Memorial Day through Labor day - $350 per night
with three night minimum,$325/night for four to 5 nights or
$300/night for six nights or more. Off season from Labor Day to
Memorial Day - please inquire about off season rates. Additional
