Sombrero Beach, Private heated/chilled pool, hot tub in Marathon

This brand new house and has it all - a 5 min. walk to Sombrero
Beach, huge heated/chilled 15 X 35 pool, hot tub, a 70' concrete
dock, high speed WIFI wireless Internet service and more! This house
and furnishings are 5 years young, with very little usage from the
owner.
Marathon recently spent $5M renovating the beach, so you’re a 5
minute walk to one of the best beaches in the Keys! The chilled pool
will cool you off in the summertime and heated to invigorate you in
the winter. The pool is on the west side, so you’ll have full
sunshine in the afternoons for your tanning pleasure. The 70’
concrete dock will let you tie up your yacht or multiple boats.
Ample trailer parking is available. Use the freezer out back for
your bait, ice,and your catch. We are on the ocean side, so you'll
have quick ocean access to some of the best fishing in the world.
I have installed underwater lights in the canal - you'll be
mesmerized by the fish at night. Let the children cast a line and
Voila - they caught a fish in the Keys - something they will always
remember. Mangrove snapper, angel fish, sting rays, and nurse sharks
have all been caught in the canal. Tarpon have been spotted lurking
in the shadows. Rods and reels are provided.
The house sits way back from the street and is hidden by lush
Florida tropical landscaping.
THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR RENT, SO IF YOU HAVE
MULTIPLE FAMILIES OR THIS ONE IS BOOKED, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size
bed, and two twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom. Hot tub is on the
back deck. Our house is fully furnished with everything you’d
expect – towels, linens, microwave, toaster, etc…..and yes, there’s a
blender. Central ac, washer and dryer, etc, etc., etc. Color TVs in
living room and all 3 bedrooms.
We also go the extra mile and provide the miscellaneous household
products such as laundry detergent, dish soaps, paper towels, etc. -
no need to hassle with these upon your arrival.

Sombrero Beach features picnic areas complete with grills, brand new
shower facilities indoors and outdoors, beach volleyball, a
landscaped grassy nature walk, and a long sandy beach with a roped-in
swimming area, suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
Our house is stocked with plenty of board games as well as outdoor
games(croquet) for those days/nights you fell like chillin’ at the
house.
Of course, a five minute walk to one of the Keys’ best beaches is
always on the agenda, day or night!

$2,100/week from Dec 13, 2009 to Sept 19, 2010
$2,300 for holiday weeks
12.0% tax added to the rates above
$600.00 reservation/security deposit
$100/week for pool heat
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
