Fabulous 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa in the Upscale Glen Eden Gated Community located in North Naples.
This detached Villa backs up to a nature preserve and allows for lots of privacy while using the
outdoor private pool and spa.
The open floor plan has a large kitchen with countertop/bar seating and a formal dining area
overlooking the pool and Lanai. Adjoining the kitchen, and diningroom is the livingroom, which also
overlooks the pool and lanai and has an entertainment center with TV, DVD and CD player and Comcast
Cable TV.
Double doors lead to the large Master Suite, with a Queen Size Bed, sliding glass doors to the pool
area, along with a beautifully appointed Master Bath with Soaking Tub, Separate Shower and Double
Sinks. The other two bedrooms also have Queen size beds, night stands, and Dressers. In the 3rd
bedroom there is also a Day Bed that sleeps one.
A Double Car Attached garage has room for parking your car.
This Villa is decorated to the "T" with a very comfortable and "homey" feel.
