bedroom and additional

full refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, and all
other comforts of home.
The site is surrounded by beautiful, tropical landscape and the
crystal clear Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the pool and picnic in the large
shaded lawn, adjacent to the sandy beach. Snorkel and view colorful
corals and fish in the protected shallows inside the reef. Workout

There are many things to do without leaving the condo. Watch the
sun as it rises over the ocean from your lanai. The reef protected
ocean in front of the condo is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or
kayaking. Visit the nearby Polynesian Cultural Center, which tells
the tales of the many different islands of the Pacific. If it's
winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot
tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find
Waimea Bay where Captain Cook anchored and the beautiful Waimea
Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula
dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and
its many art galleries and boutiques. There is also horseback
riding, golfing, hiking, deep sea fishing, surfing and all sorts of

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 45 days prior
to
arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee.
If
the cancellation is made between 30 ? 44 days prior to the check-in
date, and another renter is found to rent for the cancelled period,
your money will be refunded minus an administration fee of 10% of
the
total booking. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the arrival
date and another renter is not found for the cancelled period, only
50% of your investment will be refunded. We?re sorry but
cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in
a forfeiture of your investment.
