Historic home in artist colony of Jerome, Arizona. Close(25 miles) to
Sedona. Totally renovated 100
year old home on Main Street in one of the coolest towns in the United
States. Walk to great
restaurants, bars, galleries and shops. First Saturday of every month,
Art Walk draws a large crowd
of art lovers to the town with live music and refreshments at most
galleries.
The house is on the second level of this wonderful building. The
stairway takes you through the
lovely sculpture garden. Deck with a million dollar panoramic view of
the entire Verde Valley and a
side yard with umbrella and table/chairs offer outdoor relaxation. The
home has an open living room-
kitchen layout with dishwasher/microwave/stove and refrigerator. Bring
your DVD's and CD's - there is
a TV and sound system. Cultured marble bath, nice big closet, washer
and dryer and two bedrooms. Each
bedroom has a private entrance from the rear, dating back to mining
days. Beautiful art changes
frequently in the home as the downstairs gallery circulates its work.

possibilities. Hiking, photography, jeep
tours, yoga, gallery hopping, art workshops, spas, seasonal birding,
metaphysical and paranormal
exploration, and shopping are just a few activities. Paramount is the
scenic beauty of the unique Red
Rocks of Sedona. The Verde Canyon Railroad and the State Parks offer
wonderful sightseeing
opportunities. Jerome is home to 400 residents, half of whom are
artists, musicians and writers. This
small town is a one of a kind historic treasure.

Book now for cool summer nights, and Art Walk on First Saturdays. Great music at The Spirit Room all summer. First Saturday Art Walk all year. Gallery 527 downstairs has live music and a great party for Art Walk. July and August still have open dates. Great time to be in Jerome. Central air, if you need it. Plan for Ghost Walk in October. The Sedona Plein Air Festival comes to Jerome on the last Wednesday of October.The Volunteer Firefighters Halloween Ball is a yearly extravaganze. Incredible costumes.Great headquarters for the Sedona International Film Festival at the end of February. Home Tour is the third weekend in May. Jerome State Park re-opened on October 14, 2010 and the newly opened Audrey Headframe Park is a fascinating addition to the mining lore of Jerome.
