This cozy cottage is nestled into a very private area next to a wooded lot on the main channel of Lake Norman
providing a peaceful, serene experience that will restore, renew, and rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. With the dock
right in your backyard, enjoy a morning swim, canoe ride, or take your boat for a cruise around the lake. Don’t forget
your fishing pole! My friend will rent you his pontoon boat at half price. Launching areas (two) are just minutes
away.

Enjoy the morning sunrise with your morning coffee in the large screened in porch. Enjoy that same sunset over the
water from the front of the house. Water, water everywhere!

In just a few minutes you have your choice of endless restaurants and shopping galore but then retreat to your
private place where you can hear Nature Speaks! You are also only 1 1/2 hours to the Smokey Mountains and
charming Asheville or enjoy a day at the beach as the ocean is just three hours south.
