historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Charter fishing and boat rentals 
makes this location ideal for vacation or holiday. Private and 
secure underground parking is directly below the unit for easy 
access. Master bedroom has Queen size bed, large TV and extra large 
walk-in closet. Master bath features large roman tub, separate 
enclosed shower, and separate his/hers vanities with sinks. Guest 
bedroom has Queen size bed, TV, and private balcony. Guest bath has 
separate enclosed shower, his/hers sinks in large vanity. Laundry 
has full size washer and dryer. Living room has plenty of room to 
stretch out on over sized sofa and loveseat, large TV and oversize 
sliding glass doors to walk out or view/hear the ocean. Dining room 
features large table/chairs for dining or gathering. Kitchen has 
separate dinette table/chairs and all the appliance/dishes necessary 
for a delightful stay at the beach. The Bonus room is the newly 
enclosed/ air-conditioned Lanai that features large TV and two 
oversized chairs for relaxing or watching that special program or 
event.
