Atlantique Ocean Front in Fire Island

Paradise or heaven.....we feel it's both. We have views that go on
forever...the VERY best on the beach. Great, family-oriented, child
friendly community...no crowds, no hassles. We are just a short walk
or quick water taxi ride, down the beach to Ocean Beach or Fair
Harbor, with all the restaurants and shops available to you. Due to
the nature of our community, we will rent only to families or
couples, NO GROUPERS PLEASE. (no more than 8 people.)

This is an "upside down" house. There are 4 bedrooms on the lower
level, 2 that face the ocean with sliders opening onto large lower
deck. A/C in one bedroom. There are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms.
One full bath with washer/dryer downstairs.
Upstairs...a great room with living room, dining
room and brand new, just completed kitchen with all new stainless
steel appliances. Another full bath also. 3 sliders open onto a
huge upper deck with built in seating and table. Small deck off
dining room facing north with big gas bar b q. Outside hot shower.
POSSIBLE use of our boat slip on the Great South Bay. Satellite TV in
livingroom and 1 bedroom. Stereo, DVD/VCR.  Possible use of hot tub on lower deck overlooking ocean.

There is the OCEAN, there is the BAY. Surfing, swimming, boogie
boarding, sunbathing, walking, volleyball, kayaking, windsurfing,
boating, fishing, crabbing, and the ever popular Beach Bocce.
Huge marina and snack bar just to the west of the community, with
ferry service from Bay Shore. Big playground for the kids at the
marina.

This beautful, oceanfront home can be rented for $5000/week.
Security and cleaning charge extra.
