Village. With all the amenities of home, this tastefully furnished
2 bedroom cottage features 2 bedrooms (king size bed in master and
queen size bed in other room)
2 baths, ocean and harbor view balcony, three cable TV's with DVD,
reverse osmosis, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, and free highspeed
wireless internet connection. Unit also includes two twin size
airbeds. No Pets. No smoking.
Vacation Rental Amenities
North Coast Village is a resort type complex offering 24 hour
security, heated pools, jacuzzi, pool side barbeques, public laundry
room, putting green, ping pong, fitness center, and game romm with
billiards. Enjoy all these amenities in a tropical garden setting
complete with Koi fish.
Activities and Attractions
North Coast Village is right on the sands of Oceanside beach within
walking distance to the pier, the harbor/marina, many restaurants
and the movie theater. Centrally located between San Diego and Los
Angeles, Oceanside is within driivng distance to numerous
attractions such as Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park,
Del Mar racetracks, Disneyland, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Legoland,
and Knotts Berry Farm.
Vacation Rental Rates
Weekly rates range from $1000-$2200 depending on the season. Daily
rates available for shorter stays. $105 cleaning fee.
3 night minimum Sept-May.
HOLIDAY SPECIAL Month of November and December $800 per week.
Military discount available.
