is the perfect home base for your vacation - located 2 miles south
of the Daytona Beach Boardwalk/Pier. Kennedy Space Center,
Historic St. Augustine, Disney World and other Orlando area
attractions are just an hour away. Every Florida activity imaginable
is but minutes away.
The St. Maarten resort has three swimming pools {two are heated}, a
fully equipped state of the art fitness center, his and hers saunas,
oceanfront whirlpool spa, Billiard room, Clubroom, and underground
secured assigned parking.
Both the ocean views and the river views from this seventh floor
unit are spectacular. This 2300 square foot living space is
outfitted with all the conveniences you should expect and deserve
from a luxury Condo. The spacious living room overlooking the ocean
contains a 50 inch HD TV and DVD/CD player. The Condo is decorated
in a
Florida tropical theme and each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD
player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom
has a queen bed with it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom
has two twin beds. The two large sofas in the living room will sleep
two additional people. Roadrunner internet.

Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV with TVs and DVD players in the
living room and the three bedrooms, Fully Equiped and Furnished
