clay tennis courts, two swimming pools and a fitness center. The beautiful award
winning beach is 5 minutes away and the lively Atlantic avenue with
its restaurants, shops and galleries is a few minutes drive. All
restaurants, groceries and convenience stores are within walking
distance.
The 2 bedroom/two bath unit (1200 sqft) is located on the 4th floor
(with elevator)
and has been entirely remodeled, featuring an upscale kitchen
and laundry room with granite countertops and modern appliances, new
bathrooms, queen bed in master, twins in second bedroom. All tiles
floor, new furniture, HDTV with Blue-Ray DVD in living room, free internet with Wi-Fi You will enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the patio.

state park. All the beach activities are available (snorkeling,
diving, wind surfing etc.)
For golfers, as a resident of the Delray Racquet Club which is a member of the Florida Golf Association, you have access to over 50 golf courses and Country Clubs at deeply discounted rates, even less expensive than municipal courses.
The downtown Atlantic Avenue offers restaurants, boutiques, antique
shops and activities. The many bars and music venues keep the night
life busy with entertainment.
