home is fully furnished with Four Seasons' quality mattresses and 
bedding in every bedroom.  Three (3) of the bedrooms are supplied 
with beautiful queen beds, dressers and roomy closets.   The master 
bedroom has a king size bed and a large master bathroom.  The master 
bedroom has a seperate  patio door which leads to the spa and pool 
with a three (3) waterfall features.

Enjoy the desert lifestyle on a romantic get-away or a family trip.  
Plenty of room for everyone.  Your new home away from home. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Approximately 3000 square feet.  fully equiped kitchen with custom 
chererywood cabinets.  Georgous backyard with large pool and spa and 
attractive waterfalls and two (2) tanning ledges. Linens provided, 
seperate laundry room with Fridgeidaire washer and dryer.  Family 
room has a fireplace and 50 inch widescreen television with surround 
sound, and outdoor speaker capability.  Dining room, nice sized bar 
area and huge master bedroom with oversized shower and large 
bathtub.   Also included in the master bath are his and her vanities.

  

Activities and Attractions

Activities and Attractions are endless.  This home is centrally 
located and minutes from everything. The Top of The Tram over the 
mountains is a sight that can't be missed.  The Indian Wells Tennis 
Match is held annually as well as other tournaments.  Fabulous 
dining,tennis, golf and spa facilities are a must.  

El Paseo Drive is 5 minutes from the house which provides shopping 
similiar to that of Rodeo Drive.  The Famous River Walk, Art 
Galleries and Movies are also nearby. 
 There is hiking, fishing, horseback riding, sightseeing, and 
Knott's Soak City USA close by. There is also the Living Desert and 
Zoo.
 The world renown golf at La Quinta is 10 minutes and the newest 
premier course in the desert, The Classic Club is 5 minutes away. 
Don't forget about the exciting Agua Caliente Casino 5 minutes away
