Once you stay in this condo, you will never stay in a hotel on South Beach AGAIN!  Customer Service is a PRIORITY! Cleanliness is a PRIORITY!! My condo is centrally located in SoBe.  1 block from the Lincoln RD Mall (north).  Famed for Sidewalk Cafe’s, Bars & Boutique Shopping (Starbucks rt on the corner).  1 Block from Espanola way (south), 1 block to Washington Ave, noted for the Nightclub Scene. 2 blocks to Collins Ave, known for Restaurants, Hotels & Rodeo Drive Shopping!! And 3 Blocks to Ocean Drive & the Beach!!!, famed for Sidewalk Bars, Cafes & Nightlife.  1/2 mile from Convention Center and the Jackie Gleason Theater.  Pool is located at Flamingo Park.  Parking Passes ($10 Fee per day)! This Condo is fully stocked with Towels, Linen, Kitchen cutlery, Cable TV, HBO & Showtime, & the BEACH channel that gives you all of the local restaurants & things to do around town.  The condo has WiFi, Ipone & Ipod Docs, Washer & Dryer, Rain Fall Shower head, free long distance and local telephone service.  I also have a menu log available just in case you want room service.  This condo is strictly for vacation and corporate rental only.  You will not see any personal items in the closets or dresser drawers.  This is officially your home Away from home….Not to mention dealing with the coolest landlord in Sobe!!!  Note: this is an adult community only (no children).  If you want a party condo, this is NOT the one.  Loud noise is strictly enforced!!!!  Party on the Beach and come home to your condo to relax for some peace and quiet!!

Wow! You Won't Be Disappointed

My husband, son and I stayed in Tamara's apartment. This was our 5th trip to the city, but our first staying in an apartment, and now I will never go back to a hotel again. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and was just as described and viewed in the photos. The building was lovely and the front desk staff were always friendly and most helpful. I will certainly contact Tamara again for our next visit to New York City. Thanks for all your help with the arrangements. You made the transaction seamless and provided a wealth of local information.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

10 Days in NYC

We stayed in this apt for 10 days in NYC. I ran the NYC Marathon and then we just enjoyed the city for the rest of the trip. What a trip it was! NYC is hard not to love. :) The apt was so convenient for everything we wanted to do and it was just as described. Leading up to our trip Tamara was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't ever go back to staying in a hotel after this experience!

All I have to say right now is that It sure feels good to read your review after a long grueling day of servicing the apartments & having a 4 hour meeting with my cleaning staff. There is so much behind the scenes that I do not only to make sure that you have a clean, safe & comfortable apartment, but also to know that you have someone that you can trust and talk to throughout your reservation. New York City can be a strange beast. AUTUMN IN NEW YORK

We stay from September 30th through October 3, 2011. My first time in New York and my husband hadn't been there since the 60's. It is a very comfortable Studio Apartment. The towels were soft, The view of the Hudson Spectacular and the bed was very confortable. Also, the apartment was very clean and quiet. The doorman staff was very helpful. The apartment is in a very nice and safe area. The Roof top deck was wonderful with great views. There is a market just around the corner. The area was within walking distance of many of the sights. Tamara and her Aunt were great to correspond with and gave us lots of tips. We were very lucky with the weather. If you have never been to New York with suggest On Board Tours, and get your Empire State Building tickets on line before you come.

Again, we had a great time and felt very safe and well taken care of.
