This is a 100% newly renovated condo with more features than you can
imagine. Our condo has a screened enclosure to enjoy the fresh cool
tropical breeze and down to earth natural beauty only Florida can
offer. We also have a large boat slip for those vacationers who want
to enjoy the best that Florida has to offer, its gorgeous waterways
and coast line! The Yacht Club is a gated community, with full time
security.
The unit comes fully equipped to have the most pleasurable time in
the Gulf Coast Region of Western Florida. The Yacht Club has two
heated pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, weight room, card room, sauna
and numerous on-site fishing piers.
Short distance walk to library, shopping, miniature golf, and night
clubs. Short drive (1 1/2 Miles) to Historic John's Pass with boat,
jet ski, rental, parasailing, gambling boat, shopping, etc. The list
is endless!
There is also a wealth of activity all within a short drive. If you
want to explore the local area, the Gulf Beach Trolley can take you
there for an all day pass of just $3.00 US.

Beach Yacht Club is perfectly located in the heart of Maderia Beach
and the barriers islands. Adults and children can have fun day and
night with a variety of entertainment availble within the Yacht Club
and just minutes from Maderia Beach. Sun bathing, fishing, boating,
putt-putt golf, shopping, sightseeing, gambling, dolphin watching,
para-sailing, jet ski rental, and night clubs are just a sample of
what this area has to offer.
