Welcome:  This pool home, located 5 blocks from the ICW, and 1.5 miles from the beach, is in the perfect location for boating, fishing, sun-bathing, golfing, shopping, dining, or just relaxing by the pool.

Pets:  We are a pet friendly house that allows dogs.  Sorry, but we DO NOT allow cats or smoking due to allergies.   (A deposit is required. See rates.) This is a Non-Smoking house.

Stays less than 4 nights will be booked at the regular rate of $300.00 a night.

This  newer, gorgeous, 3/2 split, Key West style home with a custom pool located in the heart of quaint Old Hobe Sound.

Spend the day at the beach (1.5 miles away) and then come home, take a dip in the pool, and BBQ!

All 3 bedrooms have t.v.'s w/cable. The house has highspeed, wireless internet.

Bedrooms:  Master Bedroom:  King plus a daybed w/trundle. (Sleeps 4) Jucuzzi tub in master bathroom.
Bedroom 2:  Queen plus a single. (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3:  Two twins. (Sleeps 2)
Extra sleeping:  An extra queen mattress is available in the closet. (Sleeps 2)
 
Location:                                                                                                          Located east of US1 but only 7 miles to I-95! Close to the beach(1.5 miles) yet, conveniently located to the highway.

Palm Beach International Airport is only 25 miles away.

Rates:  The nightly rate decreases when you rent for a longer period of time. 

Nightly rate:   $300.00

Winter Rates 2011-2012:

December-April $2,500.00 a week. 

Monthly rate: $5,500.00.

Summer Rates 2011:

 May-November   $2000.00 a week. 

Monthly rate: $4,000.00

Holidays:  $2,500 week 

*Utilities included up to $200.00

There is a security deposit of $500 for rentals.
Once we receive your deposit your dates will be reserved.

A PET DEPOSIT of $200.00 is also required if you have
a dog. ($75.00 non-refundable because we will have to have the
carpets professionally cleaned before the next tenants arrive.)The
remainder of the pet deposit will be returned ($125.00) if the dog
has not damaged the house or property.

The security deposit and pet deposit will be returned within 30
days, assuming there is no damage to the property.
Full payment is due 30 before your arrival date.
