We are a pet friendly house that allows dogs.  Sorry, but we DO NOT allow cats.

This gorgeous Key West style home located in the heart of quaint Old
Hobe Sound.  This newer home is a 3/2/2 split.

The Master Suite has a tray
ceiling and a jacuzzi tub. The guest suites are split from the
Master with their own private bath.

The livingroom and master bedroom each have a t.v. There is a DVD
player in the livingroom.

There is a grill on the back patio for BBQ's.

This house has large windows, bay windows, sliders, a front porch, a
patio, private custom pool, buttefly garden, and large back yard.

This vacation house is bright and cheery with a floor plan for
entertaining by the pool!

Located east of US1 but only 7 miles to I-95! Close to the beach
(1.5miles)yet, conveniently located to the highway.

Located in "Old Hobe Sound", a quaint sea-side community that is
within walking distance to the Inter-costal Waterway and the
Atlantic Ocean.

You can walk anywhere! Zues park is 1 block away. Like to fish?
The ICW is a 5 block walk.

Looking to walk on the beach? Collect
shells, fish, or just relax in the sun? The Hobe Sound Public Beach
is just 1.5 miles away!

You can also walk to "down town" Hobe Sound. You will find
specialty shops, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, churches,
and various places for dining and entertainment.

You can also walk to the public tennis courts and the raquetball
courts. Both are located less than a block away.

Like to golf? Jump in your car and choose from several golf courses

*Utilities included up to $200.00

There is a security deposit of $500 for rentals.
Once we receive your deposit your dates will be reserved.

A PET DEPOSIT of $200.00 is also required if you have
a dog. ($75.00 non-refundable because we will have to have the
carpets professionally cleaned before the next tenants arrive.)The
remainder of the pet deposit will be returned ($125.00) if the dog
has not damaged the house or property.

The security deposit and pet deposit will be returned within 30
days, assuming there is no damage to the property.
