Vacation Rental Description

This stylish condo can be used as 2 bedroom suite or be split into 2 -
1 bedroom private suites. Units have adjoining doors. It is on the
fourth floor of 4 stories luxurious European style condos. Each unit
has its own wall mounted 42" plasma TV, 19” TV in the living areas,
phone and internet service. Each unit is designed and furnished in
European style and includes a washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc. The
European Village Resort is a collection of galleries, shops,
boutiques, bars, cafes, and restaurants surround a vibrant,
entertainment- Piazza del Fontana (Plaza of the Fountains), large
3-screened outdoor theatre and entertainment stage, that can be viewed
from your room.
	

Vacation Rental Amenities

Suite A (Sleeps 2): 
King-size Tempur-pedic® bed; wet bar with refrigerator. The full
bathroom with shower.
Suite B (Sleeps 4): 
Two queen Tempur-pedic® beds; 
Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove, 
microwave.The full bathroom with wonderful Roman tub.  
Kitchen utensils and dishes provided in each unit.
Living rooms in both units is larger and have not only the 19" TV but
also a 42" plasma TV in both bedrooms. 

Activities and Attractions

Located in North East Florida, just steps from the Intercostals
Waterway and minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Activities include golf
courses, boating, heated pool, the on site tennis courts, fitness
center just steps away from your room.  Additionally, the central
location offers miles of walking and biking trails along the scenic
Intracoastal Waterway.
Disney and Orlando attractions are 1 1/2 hours away.
St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Daytona Beach just 20 min away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Unit A (1 King-size bed, wet bar):
       99 - nightly, 600 - weekly 
Unit B (2 Queen-size beds, kitchenette):
       125 - nightly, 750 - weekly 
Both units as 2 bedrooms: 
       200 - nightly, 900 - weekly 
Rates may be higher during high season
All rentals under 6 months require us to collect a 10% state sales tax.
Tenant to pay end of term cleaning:
   $50 for 1 bedroom; $100 for 2 bedrooms
