Located in Perdido Key, Main Panhandle, Florida, one bedroom, 1 1/2 
bath, sleeps up to 4, 
king size bed and queen sleeper sofa.  Located directly on 300 feet 
of sugar- white sands 
of the Gulf of Mexico. This 820 sq ft, 8th floor unit has 
outstanding views from the gulf 
front doors  and the gulf-side windows.  Enjoy watching the dolphins 
swim and the 
breathtaking sun sets from the private balcony.  Walking distance to 
the state park. 
Bedroom has king size bed and full bath.  Half bath in hallway.  
Living room is very roomy 
with queen size sleeper sofa and a love seat.  Kitchen and dinning 
area. The facility has 
been completely remodeled. 24 hour security, three elevators , large 
lobby and conference 
room with kitchen. New fitness center with showers.  Large outdoor 
pool. Indoor pool and hot tub.
Observation deck.  
Check in 3:00pm   Checkout 10am
Must be 25 years of age or older
