his/her sinks/cherry cabinetry, walk-in closet, and gorgeous tiled 
shower with seat. Queen bed in second bedroom. Second bath with 
tub/shower. Great room has reclining sofas to relax on while you 
enjoy the entertainment center featuring a 36" Mitsubishi TV, Bose 
AM/FM/CD stereo and VHS/DVD player.  Beautiful kitchen with cherry 
cabinetry, corien countertops,and bar overlooking the great room. 
New: gas stove, 3-door refrigerator w/ water/ice in door, microwave, 
and raised dishwasher. Mission style dining room set in dining room. 
New front-loading, high efficiency washer and dryer.  Office/Den 
with wall/desk return. Covered patio includes outdoor table, 6 comfy 
chairs, and SS Jenn-Air barbeque.  Remote controlled fans in Master

Activities and Attractions

There are over a dozen Golf Courses in the area. Canoa Ranch Golf 
course & restaurant is 1/2 mile from home. Pick from six rec centers 
available to you; each one featuring pool, jacuzi, gym, crafts, 
games, and meeting rooms. Shopping in nearby Tubac (active artist 
colony), Nogales, and Tucson. Biking, walking and hiking. Scenic 
drives and recreational activities are plentiful: Ramsey & Madera 
Canyon, The Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson Studios, San Xavier 
Mission, Tital Missile II Misile Museum, Tombstone, and Kitt Peak 
Observatory. It is a one day drive to the Grand Canyon, Southern 
California or Mexico's ocean beaches. Concerts, dining and gaming at 
Desert Diamond Casino (8 miles). Great winter and year round retreat 
for 55+ active adults.
