You will have a great, relaxing time in this remodeled 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo located in the Friendship 7 Condominium Complex at 7th and Ocean Avenues in North Wildwood, NJ. This second floor unit has a kitchen, living room and everything required for a wonderful vacation. The complex features a newer heated pool with an adjacent kiddie pool and two grills for your cooking convenience.

This complex is in a great location, less than a block from the FREE beach and in walking distance to the boardwalk, shops, bars and restaurants.

The condo can sleep 4 adults and 2 children and provides a master bedroom with 1 full bed, a second bedroom with a futon bunk bed, with 1 full and 1 twin mattress, and a full size sofa-bed in the living room. (No sheets, blankets or towels are provided, please bring your own.) The unit has air conditioning and heat for colder nights, cable television and a dvd player. This is a non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. One parking spot is provided.

We rent strictly to responsible families and adults over the age of 25.
