Relax in the depths of Destin Florida’s most cherished and deep kept secret, Crystal Beach. The RedUmbrella boasts all the comforts of home, within a block from the most beautiful beaches in the world!

We strive to provide our guests with everything they need to make cherished memories while on their perfect beach getaway.

In an effort to make our guest’s trip to the beach most comfortable, we have built a walkway to the main road. Upon turning left, our guests find themselves on the steps to the beach within two minutes!!!! The beach access provides a covered beach access shelter, clean showers and restrooms and parking, including handicapped parking.

Our private backyard pool, patio, and grill, afford our guests the ability to Bar – B – Que in style. We also provide the propane to ensure your grilling experience is a success! The private pool area provides two patio areas and lounge chairs to sit back, sip a fruity drink and relax in the Florida sunshine! There is also a pic- nick table!!!! The private pool can be heated during the winter and early spring months.

The RedUmbrella kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook delicious meals, sure to delight friends and family.  The kitchen hosts a side by side refrigerator with ice-maker and water filter, stove and oven, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster oven. We provide dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils and cutlery. There is even a blender to make those icy, frosty drinks that go along with any vacation!!!

The master bedroom downstairs provides an eclectic, relaxed décor with a king size bed sure to welcome anyone home from a day at the beach! The room opens up with double doors onto the welcoming, full-length front porch. There is a private bathroom attached which affords a large garden tub to soak while you plan your next day in Paradise!

There is also a 2ndmaster bedroom upstairs with a balcony view. This room is adjacent to a Jack/Jill bathroom, which is separated by a pocket door. With the double doors leading out to the balcony and the scent of the neighborhood gardens, this is a special place to steal away for a little peace & quiet before returning to the Destin fun!

The double room upstairs sleeps 4 comfortably and also opens up onto the upstairs balcony. This room is decorated in soft blues and greens and is suitable for both children and adults alike. There is a tradition in this room that a shell found on the beach is added to the collection on the dresser!

High speed internet is provided and there are televisions throughout the house!

• Up charge for holidays, $300.00  
• 1/2 rent due to secure home. 30 days prior to arrival 2nd half rent due, plus 11% Fl tax, 
• $200-$1,000 damage deposit (based on age and number of guests in party).
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• Spring rate - $1,275 per week
• Spring Break 2012 March 3 - April 15, 2012 - $1,975 per week
• Summer 2012 - $1,975 per week
• Fall 2012 - $1,275 per week
• Snowbird monthly rate $1,800 per month
• Rates do not include taxes, deposit and pool heating fees
