March 1 - September 30 $2,300 per week/ $400 per night.
October 1 - December 31 $2,100 per week/ $350 per night.
HOLIDAY RATES (ONE WEEK MINIMUM):
4th of July $2500 per week
TPC $2500 per week (May 3 - May 10, 2009)
Christmas $2500 per week
New Years $2500 per week
Thanksgiving $2500 per week
